Steve was a completely rude jerk cussing 4 customers during my 5 minute visit. I called and filed a complaint with the Corp office.
Like most Aces, things are a bit pricey but I have gotten some really good deals from time to time.
I've read threw the reviews here and I must say I haven't had the same experience as many others have, maybe I get lucky and catch whoever's working on a good day?? Or maybe they're used to seeing me? I don't know. I can say that a lot of the employees look like they hate life though. Anyways, the store is a bit small but well taken care of, I can usually find what I'm looking for. If I have questions they're answered with as much knowledge as possible.
I've also rented a uhaul trailer from them a few times and they make it easier than it already is ^^
Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service in trying to obtain a uhaul and was hung up on. Had to call another Ace Hardware who oversees that store to complain. I've heard several complaints from others too, and they've completely lost my business. Management is one of the worst!
Amazing staff! From the manager (owner?) to all the floor employees, they're polite, helpful, friendly, and patient. :)
Awesome friendly staff, i needed some machined screws for a wall mount tv and a very nice employee got us to the right area and we were out the door in a few minutes.
