Back then, I had to move things on a weekend and had no trouble with entry codes or anything else. I kept Christine informed ahead of time and was up to date on my payment and notice to vacate. A good experience overall.

I visited a few days ago to pick up some specialized Uhaul boxes, and discovered that Christine was still there as office manager. She was a great help to me years ago when I needed storage for my dad's things after he passed away. And she's just as pleasant and helpful now.
